Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Gkon Technologies, we are committed to providing high-quality education and training. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established this refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency for all our students.

2. Full Refund Policy

2.1 Before Course Start

If you cancel your enrollment before the course start date, you are eligible for a full refund of the course fee minus a processing charge of 5% or ₹500 (whichever is higher).

2.2 Within 7 Days of Course Start

If you are not satisfied with the course content or teaching methodology within the first 7 days of the course, you can request a full refund. This is our satisfaction guarantee.

3. Partial Refund Policy

3.1 After 7 Days but Before 30 Days

If you withdraw from the course after 7 days but within 30 days of the course start date, you are eligible for a partial refund calculated as follows:

  • Refund Amount = Total Fee Paid - (Fee for completed classes + 10% administrative fee)
  • The fee for completed classes is calculated proportionally based on the total course duration

3.2 After 30 Days

No refunds will be issued for withdrawals after 30 days from the course start date. However, you may be eligible to transfer your enrollment to a future batch or a different course (subject to availability and approval).

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Registration fees
  • Examination or certification fees
  • Study material costs (if physical materials have been issued)
  • Any third-party fees or charges

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, you must:

  • Submit a written refund request to info@gkontechnologies.com or in person at our office
  • Include your enrollment ID, course name, and reason for refund
  • Provide bank account details for refund transfer

Refund requests will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be transferred to the original payment method or the bank account provided.

6. Course Transfer

Instead of a refund, you may choose to transfer your enrollment to:

  • A different course of equal or lesser value
  • A future batch of the same course

Transfer requests must be made at least 7 days before the current batch start date. A transfer fee of ₹1,000 may apply.

7. Special Circumstances

In cases of medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other genuine hardships, we may consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.
